pop
maternity purchases and transactions are to be made in Australian
Dollars only. PayPal has been selected as the online payments system of
pop maternity due its highly secure and safe environment. It's the
largest web-based payment network in the world and the top payment
service for online auctions such as Ebay. pop maternity accepts VISA
and Mastercard payments through PayPal. pop maternity also accepts Bank
Cheques, Company Cheques, Personal Cheques and Australia Post Money
Orders, however when paying by these methods, goods can only be
despatched when cheques/money orders have cleared to pop maternity.
Payments may be deposited directly into the pop maternity Bank Account.

delivery and delivery time
Provided the item is in stock, orders received before 4.00pm AEST will
be despatched the following business day. Postage is made via Australia
Post. Normal delivery from Australia Post is 3-5 days, however in most
cases delivery of the goods are made overnight to capital cities. If
there are delays of more than 48 hours due to stock limitations, pop
maternity will notify you by email and you may have the option of
changing or cancelling your order.
Registered Post is available upon request with an additional charge of $2.50 to the postage cost of the goods.
You may also select Express Post for orders within Australia only.
Orders are despatched the following day provided the order is received
before the 4.00pm (AEST) close off time. Express Post guarantee next
day delivery to most areas however this service is not available to
remote areas. Some large items may incur an extra fee for Express Post.
If an extra fee is payable we will contact you to confirm payment
before your order is despatched. If there are any delays due to
stocking reasons we will notify you. You may choose to cancel your
order or change your shipment to receipted post. If you have an urgent
delivery please telephone our office and we will always endeavour to
expedite your order.

return and exchange policy
If for any reason you are not completely delighted with your purchase,
pop maternity will cheerfully and gladly return/exchange or refund your
purchases under the following conditions:
1. All products must be returned within seven days (7) of receipt.
2. The product(s) must be as new, ie: unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.
3. Email support@popmaternity.com.au
with the following details: Your Name, the Invoice Number, Product
Name, Reason for Return and Request for Replacement, Exchange or
Refund.
4. pop maternity will reply email the postal address
and a Return Authorisation Number (R.A.N.) which you will need to write
on the outside of the returned package. Please note: Postage/shipping and handling of products is not refundable.
Our return policy does not apply if the product(s) have been used,
worn, soiled or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any
product that does not meet these requirements. It is suggested that you
insure your return package as pop maternity cannot be held responsible
for any product lost/damaged in the post. If you have requested a
refund, a credit will be issued back to your credit card within 24hours
of receipt of goods provided the R.A.N. (Return Authorisation Number)
is clearly marked on the package. If exchanging the item you may select
an alternative product, however if the replacement item is priced
higher than the item exchanged you will be required to pay for the
difference plus postage and handling.
exceptions to returnable products: Products offered on Sale are not returnable unless faulty. This type of sale is considered final.
faulty products
pop maternity has strict quality control and checks all products to the
best of its ability before posting them out. In the rare instance that
a product is faulty, pop maternity will replace it with no charge for
the extra postage and handling. Please email for your Return
Authorisation Number before returning any goods.
privacy policy pop maternity is committed to keeping your personal data confidential and secure. Your personal data will be used to process your order and to provide you with concentrated customer service. Your personal information will never be sold, rented or loaned to a third party.
